Cosplay Contest Guidelines

• Each entrant must download registration form and rules.
• Each entrant must read and agree to all rules of cosplay contest.
• Each entrant must register in advance through WGCosplay@gmail.com, to ensure placement in the contest.
• Please send your filled and signed Cosplay Registration Form before November 30.2011 with your Character Refrence & mp3 files.
• Entrance 13 and under must have their parents permission to enroll, and MUST be accompanied by a legal guardian or relative of age at the show.
• Gates opens at 3pm until 9pm, the World Game Championship Cosplay contest will start at 5pm.
• Entrance fees of the World Game Championship Event is 10 AED.
• When filled and signed cosplay registration form sent to our email, please wait for confirmation with your entry number.

Photo Contest
To make this year more exciting, we will launch a photo contest among amateur and professional photographers capturing the best moments in WGC 2011.

Best photos will be displayed in DWTC by Nov. 30 – Dec. 3
